Board games....

What games are you playing? This can be anywhere from card to video games. And for the online gamers, you might find some company as well.

Blokus is a fun game. Never heard of the Mexican Train game, but I enjoy Ticket to Ride. Catch phrase is pretty standard party game fare. Have you tried any of the Cranium based gmaes? Those are usually a blast in group settings also. How big is your group?

My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, for man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires.

You can play blokus online, too...lots of fun! The Mexican Train Game is a variation on double 12 dominoes and you're basically building a track for your little train marker coming from the station and you get to press the annoying train whistle button for extra fun. :) You can play with up to I think 8 people so it's fun in a group.

We average around 15 in the youth group. :)

i played magic long ago in me early high school years. It was dropped for the joe hobby.

connect four is my all time favorite board game. I love games with more strategy like risk but no one will play with me!

btw wouldn't a joe version of risk be awesome?

I love Settler's of Catan! Especially when playing with the Cities and Knights expansion set. Has anyone on here ever played Plague and Pestilence? It is a really fun card game. I also love all of the old school games as well....Monopoly, Risk, Uno, Phase 10, Skip-Bo, Parchessi, Trivial Pursuit, etc. I could go on and on lsiting games....I probably have over 50 board games that I own if that gives you an idea of how much I love to play games.

Probably my all time favorite though is Scrabble. I am a Scrabble freak and will play for hours on end. If anyone here is on Facebook and has Scrabulous feel free to add me as a friend and we can play a game!

I play Memior '44, Battle Cry, RISK, RISK 2210, and recently I played Settlers of Cataan with my buddies.

I love strategy games, I have Gringo! on the way. (It is a game set during the US-Mexico War)

Wait...you mean people live in those other states outside Texas borders?

Why?

:P

Anyone else looking forward to the Air Expansion for Memoir '44?
