How on earth do you take the thighs, forearms, etc. apart and reassemble them without damaging them? I could never figure it out!

between screws, boil and pop, and the occasional prying they are pretty easy. It's the top of the torso that is always the real devil.

Great work Chad! He definitely feels like a decepticon. It looks like that evil used caresalesmen mind got fused Thundercracker or skywarp.

I really like the hi-tech/cyborg look to this. It would work really well as a base of said cyborgs/hi-tech armybuilders.
