Andy lost Amber to a tragic Car Crash yesterday

I got the call just before work yesterday and sadly she did not make it. I'm getting on board a plane in just a few hours. Please pray for Andy and little Maddix. and i know you guys aren't likely able to be there, but prayer the Holy Spirit uses those of us who will be as tools and servants of comfort. Andy is my brother and I love him dearly. I know this is going to be hard and he will need us and more importantly and more effectually our Great God of love and the Holy comfort himself.

Thought about this a lot yesterday. Didn't know what to write. It made me realize that losing Leslie would be the worst thing that could happen to me, so I really feel for Andy now. All I can do is bathe this in prayer.

Me too, Matthew. Kelli is such a treasure and I need to let her know that more. I can't imagine what he is going through, but our Lord does. Like you said, "bathe this in prayer."

This seems so much closer to home than some of the other deaths that I've ever known.

My wife, KC, had her granddaddy pass on Sunday, and this week has been full up with activities, including the burial today.

Tell Andy that ours prayers are with him and his child.

thanks for the prayers guys, I know this place has slowed to a crawl but it's great to be able to post some serious prayer requests and stya in touch. Andy is holding up well and i was able to come in and spend time with him. I'll head back next month for my brothers wedding and will make time to spend time with Andy and hopefully Maddix as well! i'm not convinced he remembers me when It ried to talk to him at the funeral. But he did like the toys i got him

This is going to be an ongoing prayer need for some time to come. I trust you guys will keep those prayers coming! thanks on Andy's behalf.

Andy is doing well, living with his is sister, looking for a new place, working at gamestop and has head back to school. He texted me this morning.
