
Here is my tentative for Round 2
Physically
Do excercise at least 5 days
MWF- push-ups & sit-ups/crunches
TR- chair dips & lunges
I'll probably try to do various stretches each day that I work out
Spiritually
Read 7 pages of "Blue Like Jazz"
Read at least one Chapter of the Bible per day
Get up at 6:30 to do quiet time (no TV or internet before I get to work)
Be a better spiritual leader (pray and study more with Leslie)
Other
Read 7 pages of "The Hobbit"*
Go to bed no later than 11:00
This is more ambitious, but I think I am up for it. I can't seek God comfortably. When I start to take it easy and "cruise" that is when problems happen. My pastor said last Sunday that "we can't cruise up hill."
