hand exercise with triagle shaped spring thing 10 one way 10 reversed

looks like it to me. As always, stay with low weights till you get used to it. The way I look at it, anything is better than nothing, plus having a routine to actually follow is good too

I spoke Sunday evening before Thanksgiving at church.

I slacked off a little during Thanksgiving week.

I did do about 3 hours of armed hiking on Saturday. The path in was partially switchbacks covered with leaves, some of it wasn't a road. The "road" out must have been at least a 50 degree angle for maybe .5 miles.

Schedule returns to "normal" this week.

Preparing to lead Bible study Wednesday.

Also practicing to sing in Christmas Cantata again this year.
