Like Matt, this is my last day.

Recently, I've met some goals more than usual, and on others I've slipped heavily.

I'm still deciding on what I want to do for my Round 3. I don't know when I'll start it. Amber's been sick as of late and it would be too much to work on at once.

looks to me like you are really sweating the little stuff!

get a jump rope -- jump the rope like the pro's do when learning and using it for boxing -- five minutes a day will do it -- it can be fun as you learn the various ways they jump that rope.

lose weight - get off the sugars in your diet -- watch your carbs --
and don't eat man made food all the time.
