Help with making a treadmill less shakey?

Postby RevSears on Mon Apr 04, 2011 5:15 am

I have an apartment situation you guys may be able to help me own. I own a treadmill and one neighbor came by last night. I live in a two story, side by side apartment, one side never hears me, this neighbor had never said a thing in till last night. After all the screaming and cussing he did, i'm trying to handle the situation ina christian manner. Do you guys think a treadmill mat or somethign well help cut down the vibration? he complained about that and not the noise. I thought about confroting him later, but to come over screaming at me through my door, he may not be level-headed enough to talk to.

There is a chance that it could work, but who really knows. Without being able to calmly talk to you neighbor it would be hard to know how well it would work. Is it on carpet or hardwood (or other solid surface)?

it's on carpet, I would think that itself would muffle it a little too?

Good question. That's maybe something you can research online.
