These spammers are getting rediculous. Is there anything we can do to keep them from building profiles and putting all these porn ads on the forum? It seems like the bots that build them get smarter by the day.

I have started to monitor the IP's that these guys are using. I found that the last few have been using the same IP's, so I have blocked those. Hopefully that will slow it down. If it does not, then I will change the way users activate their accounts.

I need to check the phpbb site, I just have not had the chance.

from what I can tell, it be able to be set up that you have to have an active account to post. like Chad said, we'll just have to look into it.

I didn't mean to sound rude or anything, but that guy/bot was a little too much for me to handle on here.
